1. Registration, Medical Report & Fitness Certificate
   Registration is required before joining any yoga class or wellness program. Before joining, participants must submit relevant medical reports and a valid fitness certificate from a qualified medical professional, where applicable. Participants must disclose any existing medical condition, injury, pregnancy, recent surgery, or physical limitation. Medical documents will be used only to ensure safe and appropriate participation. Membership becomes active after successful payment and completion of registration formalities.
2. Fees & Payment
   All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Fees are applicable according to the selected package and validity period. Applicable payment or transaction charges may be borne by the client.
3. Online Yoga Classes
   Online classes will be conducted through the platform or meeting link provided to registered participants. Participants are responsible for a suitable internet connection, device, and safe practice space. Dheemahi Yoga & Wellness is not responsible for technical issues caused by the participant's device, internet, electricity, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Class Timings & Attendance
   Participants should join classes on time. Missed classes without prior notice may be treated as attended and may not be eligible for a make-up session. Class timings may occasionally change due to holidays, technical issues, instructor availability, or unavoidable circumstances.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
   Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be communicated in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and package rules. Late cancellations and no-shows may not be eligible for a make-up session.
6. Refund Policy
   Fees are generally non-refundable once the program has commenced. Refund requests before commencement may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Promotional, discounted, or special packages may have separate refund conditions.
7. Health & Safety Disclaimer
   Yoga is intended for general fitness, flexibility, mobility, relaxation, and wellbeing and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice. Participants must follow instructor instructions and practice according to their abilities. Participants should stop exercising if they experience pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, or unusual symptoms and seek appropriate professional advice.
8. Personal Responsibility
   Participants are responsible for providing accurate health information and maintaining a safe practice environment. Dheemahi Yoga & Wellness will not be responsible for issues arising from unsafe practice, failure to follow instructions, or failure to disclose relevant health information.
9. Intellectual Property
   All class videos, recordings, photographs, documents, training materials, and educational content provided by Dheemahi Yoga & Wellness are for personal use only. Recording, copying, selling, publishing, or distributing such content without permission is prohibited.
10. Privacy
    Personal information and medical documents provided during registration will be handled with reasonable care and used for registration, scheduling, payment, communication, and safety purposes. Information will not intentionally be misused or disclosed except where required by law or necessary to provide the service.
11. Code of Conduct
    Participants must maintain respectful and appropriate behaviour during all sessions. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or termination of membership, subject to applicable law.
12. Package Validity
    Each package is valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Unused sessions generally cannot be carried forward after expiry unless approved by Dheemahi Yoga & Wellness.
13. Changes to Classes & Services
    Dheemahi Yoga & Wellness may modify class schedules, instructors, platforms, programs, or services when reasonably necessary. Participants will be informed of significant changes whenever possible.
14. Changes to Terms & Conditions
    Dheemahi Yoga & Wellness reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated terms will be published on the website and will apply from the stated effective date.
15. Acceptance of Terms
    By registering, joining, or making payment for any yoga class, personal session, online program, or wellness service, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Additional Terms

• Participants are expected to arrive prepared, maintain proper hygiene, and respect the studio environment, shared spaces, and fellow attendees.
• Minors may participate only with prior written consent from a parent or guardian and must remain under appropriate supervision during sessions and events.
• Online classes require a quiet, safe practice area, a stable internet connection, and a device suitable for joining the class without interruption.
• Booking confirmations, rescheduling requests, and attendance-related matters should be communicated promptly so both parties can plan clearly and fairly.
• Any voluntary feedback, testimonials, photos, or recordings shared by participants may be used for promotional or educational purposes only with consent where required.
• Participants agree not to share personal login credentials, booking access, or class materials with unauthorized persons.
• Dheemahi Yoga & Wellness may revise class timings, instructors, formats, or service arrangements when necessary due to circumstances beyond normal control.
• Use of the website, booking system, or educational content for commercial redistribution, deep linking, or unauthorized copying is strictly prohibited.
